Chirag R. Desai, Esq. – Managing Partner & Founder

Chirag Desai has a passion for customer service where he believes that it is crucial for both the attorney and client to keep an open communication to ensure the delivery of results.   

Mr. Desai is a proud graduate of UCLA, where he studied Sociology and completed his legal education at NY Law School.    His unique experience of living on both east and west coasts helped him develop a worldly perspective on resolving claims, especially when working with multi-jurisdictional issues.  He is licensed to practice law in California, New York, and New Jersey.   

With his investigative background, Chirag has a keen sense of pinpointing obscure issues and creating unconventional solutions to a variety of cases.   His work experience with U.S. Department of Homeland Security sharpened his ability to examine these issues at hand.

In workers’ compensation, Mr. Desai represents small to large employers, insurance carriers, TPAs in defending against claims, §132(a) actions, and serious and willful misconduct allegations.  He previously worked at a workers’ compensation defense firm and provided representation for staffing agencies, school districts, small employers, airlines, manufacturers, dental offices, Fortune 500 companies, and the hospitality industry.

His vision is to continue to evolve with the ever-changing industry in both areas of law with the use of technology, strategy, and strong relationships.
